The ear gels do an excellent job of holding my Jawbone earpiece in my ear. Once I got the ear gel properly seated on the original ear cushion, the Jawbone is very secure in my ear and the audio is louder and clearer than when using the original ear hook and cushion alone. The ear hook is not necessary at all.
The Jabra ear gel fits over the ear cushion already on the Jawbone, which is where I could see some improvement. I’ve nearly lost my ear gel due to the original ear cushion falling off while I was not wearing it, usually when it is in my pocket or being taken out of my pocket. Jabra should redesign the ear gel to fit on the Jawbone without the original ear cushion. Care should be taken when installing the ear gel so that the hole for the sound is not blocked by the original ear cushion. This issue would also be corrected by redesigning the ear gel to not require the original ear cushion.

The ear buds do not come with instructions. Overall, a better fit than the original Jawbone 2 ear piece, however, the buds make the Jawbone stick out a little more and the use of the ear hook is not possible.

I have been using the Jabra ear gels since I got a cell phone hands-free forever ago that included them. They fit my ear so well (and with 3 sizes I could use the best fit) that when I got a bluetooth I migrated the gels to my favorite earbuds. I was very happy to find just the gels available — I just bought a new bluetooth with a crappy earhook. Purchased this package of the gels. Fits so well that I use it without an earhook at all. Love these.

These make the Sony PS3 blutooth headset so much more comfortable than the stock thing it comes with, no longer do you need the over the ear thingy to keep it on.. This amplifies the headset sound and puts it right into your ear canal and just makes it overall very comfortable I can play MAG for 5+ hours with it on and not even feel a thing. I use t he large ones since I have a bigger ear but I’m sure any of the sizes would make it perfect for anyone.
Definitely spend some time finding the correct spot to fit it in your ear because you can fit these things in the “wrong” way and it won’t be that comfortable. Make sure the little thing that sticks out is facing somewhat upwards I believe and it fits like a dream.

The smallest of the three sizes might have worked for me, but the way they were molded did not even seem to be the right shape to fit into my ear! They were extremely uncomfortable.
